I expect you are sorted by now, but I've never been a fan of Westminster, so it doesn't surprise me that no-one was there when you needed help.
It would seem you can only have an accident 9 to 5 Monday to Friday.

Can anyone quickly provide me with an emergency 'phone No for Westminster Insurance? (If indeed there is one!) It's 1am Sunday morning and I've had an accident in my PH car. I need to have the car towed away ASAP to a garage/safety, from the city centre spot it presently occupies. I cannot make the necessary emergency contact through their office No: 0845 678 6626. Is this the norm for a weekend? Many thanks. |

Many thanks. Had a look through the Westminster book, NO, you'll have to use AA to get it shifted, it does say to make a claim the claim will have to be put in writing to your agent |

Sorry to hear this Browning - hope everything is OK 
We usually use Thomas Ash in Carntyne - GPH use this and the insurance settle direct. Hope everything works out. |
