have you guys ever heard about http://taxiproducts.co.uk/ ??? i bought something from them/him (sending messages from his phone) . yes, they/him sent finally what i paid for after some time but without any invoice or proof of purchase. after some time i've asked for invoice and received email asking me for my full details which were already attached to that email which was my previous message after purchase... isn't it dodgy?

thought it might be a single bloke working from home probably not keeping proper records but it is run from a business unit so threaten him with a complaint to trading standards
