The Problem with that approach is that they would Just leave and not pay for the damage as the Remain carrot is no longer there..

According to their website, when I read it, licenses have to be collected in person.

I wonder what the procedure is for checking photo id because if the council aren't insisting on the original documents being scrutinised there is massive scale for fraud.

he did a 3 point turn just up from there .........badly, hitting a wall, the image posted shows his signs better

I would think they would have to check the photo ID against the person as well as proof of who they are :roll:
