well Sunday morning my niece starts in heat 6 of the 200m freestyle her first European championships

she is also in 200m backstroke later in the week but these things change with her and usually she appears in a relay team

So fingers crossed she'll get it right this time and get all the way to the final [-o<

stop press tonight 18.25 womens 4x200 m final :wink:

I think I have mentioned before that I take my hat off to swimmers because the amount of training they undertake is immense.

4x 200m relay swam a great second leg and got us right back in it after the french took a bit of an early lead
