Taxi Driver Online

can someone please help, i am looking for a account to process credit cards, i am currently using silver cab but they dont offer no protection even if the card is authorised. i have had someone who has been using a stolen card to book taxis over the telephone and now a month later they want me to pay back!! please help?

Who wants you to pay them back, the card stealer, the owner of the card or the credit card company, if the card had been reported stolen to the credit card company, thats their loss not yours. I would have thought, or even the card holder if they haven't reported it.

Did you get the phone number logged in the office of the card stealer.

apparantly they can do a charge back, is there any way i can protect myself in future or is there another merchant out there that gives the extra protection/insurance to cover me for this sort of thing?
