Even if the council redact part of it, and the council agree with the complainant, the driver will be able to question the complainant if it goes to appeal.

As I said, even taxi/PH drivers have rights to a fair hearing.

council are being very tight lipped but i suspect based on the phone call we got demanding my sacking that her story has not stood up to scrutiny

Now I have had time to think it through I think it may have been a hate crime type of incident she obvious had a big problem with men
