New 2% digital services tax on UK revenues of big technology companies, from April 2020

Profitable companies with global sales of more than £500m will be liable

so all uber and Amazon,microsoft etc. have to do is produce a set of accounts showing no profit :roll:

well in Ubers case that would probably be true


this one made me laugh

New 100% mandatory business rates relief for all lavatories made available for public use so if morrisons and tescos have public toilets in their stores they will pay NO RATES :roll:

They pay accountants more than we can dream of winning on the lottery jackpot to sort it

Some good news though, minimum wage is going up to £8.19 so we'll all be earning more, oh wait.....
Not when drivers/companies and LA's wont or don't want to increase fares because we have to consider the poor publics rising cost of living. :sad:

I think you will find that it doesn't work like that.
