PHC licence backing plates Does anyone here know where i can get the sticking kits in Glasgow?? I can buy online but rather buy from a shop as i need it asap |

You are lucky Dellboy, here in Renfrewshire we have to drill into the bumper which is a joke I prefer the back window (East Dumbartonshire & Argyll and Bute) or changing the back registration plate for a square one & putting the reg plate & licence plate next to each other like they allow in East Renfrewshire & North Lanarkshire

Go to any car part dealer and ask for number plate tape I got a box for a fiver super strong stuff. |

We get them supplied by the council when you get your plate (1 set only, so if you break em you buy the next set). |

The must be fixed by either a strapping kit, or rivits/screws. I've seen guys being sent home for using "Number Plate Tape" P1sh I know, but those are the rules Glasgow City Council enforce. |

ta Charile thats quite crap then .. i wasnt given the strapping kit by the council just screws and plastic rivits .. do u still hav to drill into bumper to put the rivits in? |

@ delboy The strapping kit is instead of the rivits I think - they usually ask you do you want straps or rivits. Very long tie straps will do though - they are basicly what the strapping kit is. I just drill mine on - only cost £40 to have the bumpers "smart repaired" |
