My lad drove down a single track country lane mid september, a woman in a SUV couldnt wait in a passing place, scrapped past him removing his wing mirror, my lad got out, she drove off... today his insurers rang, she is claiming for damage to her car! single track no white lines no witnesses damage to both cars (lads wing mirror, dent in wing and drivers door) he was gonna pay cash to fix it (about £250) only the insurers will win (again) |

How can she claim if she did'nt stop to exchange details ? She left the scene of an accident. And now you have her details you can report her to the police Somehow shes got his reg details, maybe from a dashcam - so there's video evidence of the collision and who's at fault. I'd chase this up with the insurers. |
