I can take 28 days to decide "course or points" and dont have to take a course till april latest

but i have to book........and pay a course in the 28 days

I’ve been sweating since 15 December when I was flashed by a camera for speeding. It was a traffic light camera but was converted to a speed camera as well a few months ago. (Unbeknown to me, wondered why they’d put three white lines on the road !) several other drivers have been flashed as well and they haven’t heard anything.

I think so, 14 days notice has passed, just Xmas confused the issue a little.
