What are those drivers who have left going to live on, fresh air?
Stick to your guns.
It might also be worth having a word or two with some of the drivers that did the work before you got it. They are more than likely not pleased to have lost it, but if you offer them a deal to join your gang then you just never know.
If all else fails then the drivers who stay are going to be the financial winners.
