im taking over this business thats about 2 miles from city center, has good local trade abd about 35 cars.

the problem is i have got a shopping mall contract and the drivers there like it local....no traffic and no riff raff and it seems there will be about 10 leaving...

the shopping mall is in town center, theres a rank nearby and i know the taxi trade is [edited by admin] off and the council has gone mad on routine checks...i wish id never got that contract now!

2 miles and 10 are leaving? sounds like your better off without them to me. Work is work,if it pays, do it.

What are those drivers who have left going to live on, fresh air? :?

Stick to your guns.

It might also be worth having a word or two with some of the drivers that did the work before you got it. They are more than likely not pleased to have lost it, but if you offer them a deal to join your gang then you just never know.

If all else fails then the drivers who stay are going to be the financial winners.
