If a PH licensed in borough A but works mostly in borough B is waiting for work are they allowed to park up and wait in borough B or are they supposed to return to borough A :?: :?: :?:

Shouldn't be a problem working solely or mainly in borough B assuming appropriate licences in place.

Most obvious problem with 'parking up' though would be plying for hire, but that would depend on the precise circumstances, and would also be an issue if the PHV was working in borough A.

They can park where they want, other than on or near a taxi rank.

Or other than in a public place where they may be guilty of plying for hire..............YET I have to keep my door signs+plate on 24/7 even on holiday so how does that work?
