came past the "unofficial" rank this afternoon and sandwiched between two local hackneys was a LINCOLN PH  I know it's market day which is usually the busiest day of the week but thats a long way to come for a few extra quid.  mind you no chance of getting caught so i suppose it might be worth it |

If one was in the wrong, they were all in the wrong. |

so in Lincoln there are no "hotspots" where drivers lurk because there is work in that area |
