Found out today that one of the kids on my school run has moved house recently. last year the parent used to bring the kid 20 miles from Leicester to get in the taxi for the last 2 miles to school. This year she has moved to Bottesford a village that is 7 miles from where the kid gets in the taxi. But it is 7 miles the other way and she has to drive past the school to get to the taxi. You couldn't make it up.

Well the Council must have the address otherwise the parent would not have received the details for the taxi.

Or is it a case of a parent using a ghost residence to get there child into the school of their choice catchment area.

our contracts stipulate we may ONLY pickup and drop from/at the contract address

i wont ever deviate if i want paying...lol

The kid is picked up at the designated pick up point which is not a residential address but a central point in the village where all the kids get picked up from.

anything else then is not your concern............crack on

new kid today is a "knock the door no answer..." hopefully they do it all the time, info is he had 4 months off before
