Hi everyone, cancellations due to the reports of the Corona Virus are having a significant effect on the business therefore I am amending the Terms & Conditions on a temporary basis, this will cover the company and give the customer a clear understanding of cancellation fees until things return to normal.

04/03/2020:
Until further notice all domestic 1 way bookings and return bookings cancelled within a 7 day period prior to the journey will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the fare balance which will be payable on cancellation, a payment link will be sent to the customer by text or email. Please note: These terms precede any other terms stated.

04/03/2020:
Until further notice all business and corporate 1 way and return bookings cancelled within a 7 day period prior to the journey will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the fare balance, all bookings MUST be paid within 24 hours of booking, Monies owed will be deducted from monies paid, an invoice or receipt will be sent on request. Please note: These terms precede any other terms stated.
