....are thin on the ground in Lincoln. Broke down on a busy road in Lincoln today, partially blocking the road. Switched on my hazards and tried indicating to passing drivers that if they helped by pushing my cab out of the way, I wouldn’t be obstructing the road. Bunch of t***s just kept bouncing up the central reservation to pass me by. Cupid stunts. Caused a masssive holdup until the tow truck arrived. |

Reminds me of a while back, maybe 30 years ago, and I needed a jump start. I asked the fella who lived near me to give me a jump and he said no. He also owned the local Fish and Chip shop, his refusal cost him thousands over the years. C*** died a few years back.
