Coronavirus update - new plate renewal process
Please send scans or clear pictures of your MOT, compliance certificate, insurance certificate, V5 log book and one form of ID - either a valid passport or current driving licence - to regulatory.licensing@liverpool.gov.uk along with your phone number. We will call you and take the £170 fee over the phone within five days. Once we have verified all these document we will write you a letter to confirm your vehicle is fit to drive.

Some of them, one garage has closed to the public but will open the testing station for drivers. =D>

yes got one of mine tested yesterday at the usual place but have to post documents to council

YES even the door handles of the office were disinfected both before and after i went in to pay and pick up the keys :roll:
