Coronavirus update - new plate renewal process Please send scans or clear pictures of your MOT, compliance certificate, insurance certificate, V5 log book and one form of ID - either a valid passport or current driving licence - to regulatory.licensing@liverpool.gov.uk along with your phone number. We will call you and take the £170 fee over the phone within five days. Once we have verified all these document we will write you a letter to confirm your vehicle is fit to drive. |

yes got one of mine tested yesterday at the usual place but have to post documents to council |
