Since the all electric Nissan taxi has been accepted for use in London, I wonder why nobody has decided to convert the diesel version?? for the rest of the UK
The diesel version was being tested in London, before the rules where changed, and was advertised at around £30K, in an article in Auto express back in 2012,
Over the last few days Dynamo has been given a loan to a few millions to keep the ball rolling and to be able to employ a larger workforce, they could make a massive killing by offering the diesel converted version as well.

It would make sense to make a model without the turning circle function.

But I'm guessing if it was that easy they would have done it already, and they would be in use.

Voyager in Crewe did all the design and Fabrication work including building the prototype for Nissan at the time (2012 believe it or not!) then Nissan decided to give the build contract to someone else, stating they didn’t think he could deliver the vehicle in the numbers they were expecting. Then TFL brought out the zero emission capable requirement and that was that. The last time I visited voyager they still had some early bodyshell’s around the back.
