Any driver over 25 years old with relevant and appropriate licence and badge. Cat S5 Tracker required for vehicles valued over £60,000 Adjustments as and when Maximum Seats 8 plus driver Excluding owner drivers Excluding Uber work Excluding Self Drive Hire |

Another thing that has just come to light with our new quote is that the company don't insure electric vehicles. This has thrown a spanner in the works because we have a Nissan Leaf. The broker iss trying to ssort out cover at similar terms. He did say that if I hadn't spotted the exclusion and just gone ahead then the company would have had to honour the policy because it was them that missed it on the schedule of vehicles. I don't think I would have liked to have tested that. |

Spoke to my insurance broker today about the Uber question. He said it doesn't effect the premium. I said in that case under data laws they shouldn't ask and record the answers. He agreed. |

It is a material fact that can alter the risk the insurers are taking. |
