Taxi Driver Online :: View topic - anyone see anything wrong with this video?

It is a Hackney Carriage so no seat belt needed. According to our licensing team and the police he is doing nothing wrong because the law on the use of mobile phones does not cover taking a video. All that the police can do is if they see him doing it and consider that he is not in full control of the vehicle then he could be done for that but not for this specific use of the mobile.
I have had a lot of calls regarding the content of the podcasts being just wrong. For instance in one he talks about a passenger touching his knob and a young female passenger having a nice "gash" and loads of sexual innuendos.

Not sure if he's doing anything specifically illegal, but has he got two hands on the wheel? Looking into the camera while on the move? Operating the phone while driving? But certainly doesn't look very professional, at least if you're trying to promote your driving skills rather than your podcasting skills, or whatever

The cops dont need to mention "use of phone", they can use "driving without due care and attention"
