Getting near to the end (ish) of this pandemic and the DfT have just published guidance on covid safety screens.

I suspect anyone who wanted a screen has got one, and if they haven't got one now they won't be getting one in the future.

We had this come out today. Several drivers have just put up plastic sheets. Does thiss mean that they will now have to remove them and either fit a proper one or leave it open?

It’s guidance.

Leave things as they are.

all the ones that did have screens locally seem to have now removed them. I think they are somewhat impracticable in a saloon car due to the need to move seats

The screen I have allows the seats to go back and forth as it’s attached to the seats.

Only problem is, and something I miss dearly, is no longer being able to put the seat right back to a have a nap.
