Early days yet but some teams having a good start some a shocker eh Trotsky nil points -9 goals As for my lot well played twice at home won 1 lost 1 BUT played 5 times away 2 FA cup wins and 3 league wins so perfect away form ! here are the goals from the 3-0 away win vs Lincoln united https://www.pitchero.com/clubs/stamfordafc/videos/lincoln-united-0--stamford-3-emirates-fa-cup-169833.html just in case Jimbo is feeling masochistic I gather both Lincoln teams lost today leaking a combined total of 10 goals between them !I think Man City fan must be feeling fairly pleased and Brighton started well but... |

Feeling sick as a parrot after a road trip to Oxford yesterday, and visiting the roughest pub in city, and walking through the roughest estate this side of Beirut. City of dreaming spires? Don’t, just don’t. |

Not a bad start. Champion's league position at the mo. ![]() Arsenal look dire, can't wait to play them. And it appears that Ronaldo's biggest fan just happens to be the Newcastle keeper. |

Defo a more open season this year, any of the current top four can win the league. Think Norwich and Watford will go down, maybe with Burnley. B&HA will come about 12th, which will do for me. |

so no one wants to talk football then Sussex must be pleased with his teams season so far Jimbo must be happy that I didn't jinx his team and they managed 1-1 at Home but for man City fan well 0-2 at home to Sussex's least favourite team As for my lot after a disappointing draw away at Shepshed last time out they were at home to a team that had just taken 15 points from their last 5 it finished 6-1 to the Daniels the opposition got a substitute sent off for coming onto the pitch before the ref had cleared him to do so

Quote: so no one wants to talk football then ![]() I love talking football. My mob was unlucky not to take all three points up north somewhere today. We just failed to buy a striker from Benfica (I think) pre-season, who is having a blinder there at the mo. If we had got him we would be top 2/3. But we are very realistic down here, and top ten will be fantastic if we can achieve it. |

a comfortable 5-0 home win against Wisbech means we stay in 7th as all the other teams above us also won I see forest had a good home win today up to 13th; so Pete what do you reckon playoff spot challenge coming ? |

B&HA just can't play against teams that don't want to play. But I would much rather be where we are than where they are. Owned by a killer doesn't help. |

match postponed due to Arwen's effects for the Daniels today so now 8 points off the leaders in 6th I think Jimbo would wish the imps game had also succumbed https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zPFrTBppRfw sorry couldn't resist that old cliché mansfield won away so that'll please Nidge (or has he adopted an essex team now )and if CC is looking in carlisle also got a win today
