Post subject:  Interesting gossip thread
Not sure if there will be much call for this but this thread is for interesting bits of gossip or overheard conversations

first up The nephew of one of my drivers has got a job with an NHS 111 call centre . they are instructed to turn OFF the NHS app whilst at work !

Reminds me of when I downloaded the app last year when it first came out.

Took me about 2 minutes to realise I would never work again taking into account how many people get in my car every week.

So it got deleted.

Trade plate driver came, told me he had been a covid usher on £15/hr doing 12 hour shifts with not much to do....

overheard from a group of lads off to the football

one of them was talking to the girlfriend of one of the posh players at a party apparently the player (goalie) through a boot at Darren Ferguson...


... he's now being sent out on loan to Stevenage borough :lol:
