I think some do, often seen them advertise in the trade press.

Hire and reward - HCs and PHVs, basically.

Suspect most new car warranties cover H&R, but best to check the small print.

Recall years and years ago, when some manufacturers started offering three-year unlimited mileage warranties. But they hadn't reckoned on taxi drivers, and I think some later started excluding H&R use from the warranties.

But I think they've reined back new car warranties slightly, so to that extent H&R is just treated the same.

So the VWs I've bought new had three year warranties, but limited to 60,000 miles, although unlimited mileage during the first two years. But no difference between taxis and the average motorist.

So generally I'm guessing new car warranties apply to everyone, regardless of use. But didn't Kia offer a 7-year warranty on a new model a few years ago, but exclude H&R?

Aftermarket/second hand and extended warranties are a different kettle of fish, though. VW's official extended warranty scheme specifically excludes H&R.

So I'd guess most extended warranties and the like don't cover H&R use, but again it's best to check. And many of these warranties are difficult enough to claim on in the first place.

But, just like insurance, there will be specialist providers for the trade, as Sussex is maybe suggesting, as per the adverts in the trade magazines. (And, after all, a warranty is a form of insurance.)
