Now that we have implemented our new fares and the 10% increase in our school transport prices we have now offered all our employees a pay rise of 11.1% from April 1st 2022 This will mean that full time employees will be paid in excess of £20,000 per year basic pay with all the other benefits that we offer. I still doubt that we will be able to attract any new drivers. |
