Does anyone know how many councils are still Limited in numbers is there a list somewhere](*,)

Think it's about 20% ish still restrict.

The DfT are going to publish their yearly stats next month, and the current % of restricting councils will be available then.

There is a moratorium on ‘new’ plates here in Chester. I think it lasts up until March 2023, with an exemption if the new cab is Zero Emission capable.
