Taxi Driver Online

another newbie seeking advice. I can't decide which hackney carriage circuit to go on, a fairly busy town, got choice of 2 firms, 1 smaller established about 2 years, use radios not sat. systems, just a few drivers and most of them appear to have built up and rely on their own private work as well as the rank in town & station and what they are given from office, the other much bigger with satellite system lots more cars established name, etc. The first maybe not enough work? The second maybe too many cars? Any advice will be appreciated
