Wolverhampton plated cars everywhere... Did my WV badge course yesterday and asked how a Manchester firm gets a WV PH ops licence, he says "they have an office within our area..." It seems a local firm has an office full of rented out computers and phone diverters which comply as "office within LA" 1 question stumped me Aa 15 year old child gets in your car with a parent, who is responsible for the child wearing a seatbelt...." |
