The free online motoring advice group Pepipoo has vanished! I know several members on here used it for advice on penalty charge notices, speeding tickets and the like.

But, don't worry, it has re-appeared as a new site here : https://ftla.createaforum.com/index.php ... todayspost

It may take a while for all the old advisors to join the new site, so be patient.

Do we know why?

Going to take a load of work to get anywhere near to the levels pepipoo had, especially when MSE has such a good site.

But I wish them well.

most likely they had to change for financial reasons or the site got badly hacked and they thought it easier to start again from scratch

It seems to be up and running again today. It's possible like a lot of sites, they sometimes fail for no apparent reason, but I'll bet some of those on the new site will be backing up what the can. The name is registered until 2027. But as you say it has been badly hacked and the site itself needs updating.

I've found MSE is ok for "some" of the motoring matters, but the real motoring experts aren't there.
