Interestingly in malta diesel was 127.9 euros/litre and petrol 1.297 eoros per litre and approximately 15 percent of all cars seemed to be electric.

Looking at my fuel card prices, they leat from about £1.18 per litre (pus VAT) to a high of £1.28 per litre plus Vat and have stayed at about that level for the last 8 weeks, with minor fluctuations of 0.05p a litre week-on-week. If pump prices work out cheaper than card price then I get charged the lower of the two.At times the card price has been a good 10p a litre including VAT less than pump prices. For anyone doing airport runs, it's worth getting a card, you can go into motorway services where the price of fuel is the same price as a 3-course dinner and pay the card price. I get billed weekly on what I've spent and it's paid by DD every week.

Post subject:  Re: diesel prices

its quite obvious that, apart from home charging a EV, the fuel/energy companies are equalising the cost per mile so diesels, petrols and garage charging all cost the same to run

conspiracy, price rigging, cartel......
