Where can I find out the information to start or run a taxi bus,???? do you use the same licence and insurance???

I think you need to contact your local council and/or trafiic commissioner to register some sort of route.

As for the insurance aspect, I doubt it will be much more.

All you need to do is contact the Traffic commisoner.

This might be a good place to start, quite easy if you have a "Hackney" licence
