Post subject:  Meter Tariffs
hello all i'm back :D
Does anyone have a list of tariffs charged by LA, Cardiff Council have thrown out three requests for an increase (the last increase would have been equal to 50P over a three mile trip) they said the increase would have made us the second most expensive in the country (this we disagreed with)
The tariff at the moment is
First mile = £3:10 and each mile after the first is = £1:44
Our last increase wast Feb 2005, before that 2003.
Cardiff bus have had two fare increases in the last 8 months

Many the The_Yeti thats exactly what i was lookin for, Cardiff is at the moment 114th, so where Licensing can say we are 2nd is beyond me. :?

I suspect they are using a local list, as opposed to PHM's national one. :wink:

I dont think your fares are too bad, during April we were charged £40 to travel 6 miles, seems fairly reasonable to me :shock:
