If anyone is interested there is a program on BBC2 tonight at ten oclock about Broadband Internet access and how popular the Internet has become. The sales pitch goes something like this.
"Broadband is one of the fastest growing consumer products of all time. 70,000 people are signing up each week. There's a bewildering variety of
services as telecom giants battle for customers".
Michael Robinson investigates for the money Programme and asks, are the cheapest deals necessarily the best value ?
