A condition of joining the Comcab circuit is that drivers must join the LTDA, does this contravene any laws/ regulations?

This is unfair, the Monopoly commission frown on it, [if I have got the right mob]

Its a bit like the York set up, if you want a station railway permit you have to have a radio, its blackmail

Any union/association that you must join, is, in my opinion, one you don't.
