Post subject:  One broken finger, one punter KO'd, one broken light!

That sum's up my Saturday evening!
Parked outside the office while i'm inside having a brew and one of the base staff shout's me "some bloke's just kicked your car".
So i run out and three lads are standing there i ask "whos booted my back light in?" (glass everywhere) this pleb says "me why" so i ask why he did it as i'm phoning the police. "because i wanted to" he says and the three of them walk off towards the town center.
So i follow waiting for the police to arrive (i wasnt takin 3 of em on). So we get to the center about 100yds from the office and one of em turned around and tried to face me off, he pushed me so i chinned him, spark out cold in the middle of 200 shoppers.
Just then the boys in blue arrive, and he woke up wondering what the fuss is about!

So he's arrested for criminal damage, then his mate pushed a copper so he was locked up as well!

The Copper viewed the town center cctv and it's clear he assaulted me first by pushing me, so my right hook is a "pre-emptive strike" which is perfectly legal because i was being assaulted and was defending myself.

So i'm off till monday until i can get a new rear cluster lense.
So i'll be claiming loss of 2 nights earnings as well.

Better still a bus driver stopped and said his forward facing cctv was on, and he kicked my light right in front of the bus so it was captured on that as well.

Silly boy!

(copper said it's the best right hook he's seen in years)

Dont you get really peed off when punters treat you/your car like it doesnt matter, this is my livelyhood on the line, and he thought he could just do it for fun! :x

Well he'll think twice next time!

He was a regular so we know where he lives, but all i want is £80 for the light and my lost earnings.
Ive felt like doing this many times ( and have once or twice), like we all have, but this time i didnt turn the other cheek, i knew the cctv cameras would pick it up so i waited till he pushed me and that was that.

Crap telly tonight though, wish i was working!

OK you all know whats coming if you had been in the GMB we would take this for you and sue this little b--t--d for free for criminal damage, loss of earnings, physical injury, and if he were insolvent take it to the criminal Injuries Board or its equivalent. All monies recoverd yours we take not one penny. Our lawyers love these cases and are highly succesfull with them. One thing too bear in mind these events can sometimes result in severe injury or worse to the driver, how nice to know that quality help is one phone call away for free. Finally dont even think about no win no fee Lawyers they are invariably a scam.We wish you well with this one.
