As this is a national forum it might help if you specify which part of the country or licensing district The usual route though is to make a formal complaint to the council if you get no joy phoning them to complain. the complaint must be in writing and be sent to the licensing section of the council which licenses the taxi company |

peter and jimmy marr own 203020 , if you do compain to the council send a photocopy to the scottish executive and tell the council you have done so , cetain members of the council are under investigation regarding 203020 if you want to go to the press phone the daily record the local press are all marred up |
