lol how many disguises can one man have? I suppose growing a beard would alter his appearance and probably shaving his head, I don't suppose he went as far as impersonating a member of the opposite sex?

He probably only got caught when he tried for a sixth impersonation? Just imagine a guy with his talents might have been able to do all 343 local authorities several times over if he'd played his cards right?

Regards

JD

He could well have been planning his next impersonation... as one of Warrington's famous Pink Ladies!

But it needs to be well publicised that they have been caught and what the penalty has been (there are no ranks behind bars!) We've got a bad enough reputation but personally I would shop anyone that I was even suspicious about and every law abiding honest cabbie should do the same.

i could'nt agree with u more these people need to be made known to the public .the worrying thing is who's given this person a badge in the first place in my opinion there as much to blame as any one

If you talk to LO's about these issues they always insist that they cannot refuse badges. we have several drivers in our area who lost their badges in a neighbouring district but our council insisted that there were no legal grounds to refuse their application so they got badges

The biggest problem is that when drivers do commit offences it is getting people to stand up and be counted as soon as the mention of putting statements in writing or testifying in court comes up people won't do it the number of drivers in my area who simply shouldn't be on the road is worrying but if people won't stand by their complaint there is little can be done about the problem
