I found this Gem from a certain council in the middle of England; The Chairman asked whether a dress code would be appropriate for licensing hearings. On being put to the vote, all agreed that a dress code of jacket and tie would be appropriate. CC |

More gems; Logistical arrangements for meetings there be a wider physical separation between the Panel and the applicant and representatives an officer was required at the door to seat visitors appropriately name cards were required for all potential speakers ie. Panel, officers, applicant and other representatives the Chair’s opening speech be amended to advise applicants and representatives not to be repetitive in their comments |
