Considering Sefton still license horse drawn carriages thats not surprising, however I expect the hay is more for the driver and not the horse? lol

mmmm, that experiment with horse nappies is regarded as cruel as stated from the RSPCA, the case was brought up in York, it causes unneccessary sores to the horse with the material rubbing against the horse

The same thing or the road....... you don't really see them out..... also I think they get a few weddings

Wouldn't you have thought nappie designers would have been more considerate towards the horse? Perhaps a condition should be put on Coachmen to carry a tub of sudo cream around with them so they can give their horse a quick rub down after each poo poo.

But if you had taken a closer look as the horse was moving it caught /catches against the material, one case went to magistrates after York Council ordered horse drawn cab owners to apply the nappy, it was thrown out at magistrates with the help of RSPCA as cruel to the animal
