The thing is, on TDO many people say that this person, or that person, is acting outside of the law.

So when someone tries to do it right, even if it's a publicity stunt, we shouldn't be too negative about it.

in all probability he aint running his pub right or the taxi buisness.

I suspect he has paided for his plate, maybe even as much as £20. :D
