the story is self explanatory and explains how it happened, as the strory goes on to say that the council are to appeal.

one of the great things about the licensing is the appeal system and we should all be gratefull its there to protect us from zealest councils.

until the appeal is heard and it has been finalised we should not discuss it as it is sub judice.

in this case they were private hire, in the main with an odd taxi read the bloody article properly!
