does anyone know what was said at the meeting in the whitehall theatre last thursday , im struggling to find anyone who attended it ,,most info is coming from the taxi grapevine ,i was hoping my driver would cover an out of town job so i could go but he said he wanted to goto the meeting but he never made it due to exsessive alcolhol consuption ,was there a good turnout? what was the bit in the paper mentioning the survey about?
who are the buisnessmen putting up the money to finance the independant party?, there is another council meeting tomorrow im betting on another two dual plates anyone taking my money?

Are you sure he didn't make it? That would explain the bit about the political party. :)

I doubt if there will be many more, if any.

The last one was probably a one off (and probably a short-lived one at that, assuming he sells the plate) due to his peculiar circumstances.

After all, there would be dual plates here, there and everywhere if it really was an attractive proposition, but it isn't.

im basing my judgement on the two angus wavs ive seen in monifieth ( i think there angus plates) for a mere 160 they can pick up in dundee when they drop off which must be often at weekends they would get their money back in just two weeks, did you see davie youngs letter in the tele what does ceo mean?

Chief Executive Officer - one of these new job titles which are in vogue just now, for what previously might have been called Chief Executive.

I think it originating in the USA, and has become fashionable here now, but is more spin than a change in substance.

Scot,Get in touch with Graeme Stevens at Tay Taxis,he will give you all the information you require.
The survey mentioned was regarding the 203020 appeal, the person in charge of the appeal, wants to have a look at it.
Could be Mr CEO,may not get his saloons,as easy as anticipated.
Anyway you should sack your driver,no way should a licensed taxi driver, get himself in that state,we must at all times be honest, sober, tidy,
non slavering gentlemen. He is a disgrace.
By the way if you sack him,he can drive for me?  .

Sneaky Pete.

there were thirteen new badges handed out today you might be lucky enough to get one to drive for you for a couple of months ,then you will get the ive just got my own plate stuff , im trying to think of a way to get my driver blacklisted just in case he decides to operate his own cab, only joking the deal ive given my driver means nobody will poach him ,when looking for a driver i remembered what it was like being one and apart from the odd rip off merchant i think there worth their weight in gold....

simple im one of those sidekicks or whatever they call them that can see into the future,,,, read all my posts,,,, pretty eirie isn,t it, here is a scary prediction for the future the buisnessmen behind the independant party are,nt interested in taxi drivers or what they stand for, also the number 14 will appear in this saturdays lotto draw,i also predict that my driver wont be getting a night to himself for being a axxshole last thurs watch and learn people.....

Scott,
Sorry mate was talking to your driver next week Thursday 5pm 10th June.
He is handing in his notice and is going to drive for me,the elite operator
in the area.

I have given him 4 nights to himself and splitting the 5th night 60/40.
The 40 to me,but I will pay the fuel.

I foresee no one will POACH him.

Yours,
M. Insolvent.

AKA. Gonard Busted
