A tx11 couldn,t get you from edinburgh to glasgow without breaking down,
I think the E7,s are ok, ive been driving one for a year now all its needed are tyres and the usual consumables more than can be said for the tx11 i owned, even the tx4s are not without their problems!!!!!!

If you look in the topic "The good the bad and the ugly" a few problems are highlighted that you might find interesting.

Most of them are covered under " That Bloody sliding door" being the main problem.

I think the top one is out of line and causing the tension-er to feck up the bottom one, or the belts are over tensioned
have you changed the tension-er :?: :?:

yes i have changed the tensioner twice and still suffer from the same problem.

was the cab new when you got it??
When you had the problem the first time the garage should have changed the crank, since its still happening they could have put any spacers in the wrong order, have you taken it to a Peugeot garage for them to have a look??? just after the pulley there are shims where the crank goes in to the casing these could be warn and it may not be visible to the eye but will be turning like an unbalanced road wheel
