A pink lady passed me the other day at a rapid rate of knots, obviously she wasn't from Lincoln because she would have been doing a steady 40 in a 40 mph zone. However when I stated some time ago that a rather inviting little pinky informed me that they were coming to Manchester someone on here said that is not possible as they are in terminal decline. All the evidence from what i can see is that they are far from being in terminal decline?

Regards

JD

I couldn't see any license plate, therefore I assume the vehicle may have been operating without a license but I could very well be wrong.

Not from Lincoln? Well, that narrows it down.

Of course Berwick would gladly licence them to operate anywhere.

Maybe then some may take the problem more seriously.

Last time I was in Warrington the two I saw were running around without plates on.

some off the ones in warrington have taken off the "private hire only"
stickers (which they left on for the past 12 months with no plates) and had "members only" put there instead and added more adverts(which p/h cant have) so it looks like they are not bothering with the 01/08 new rule so there could be another court case

Make it so ops can only have cars PH and HC taking work from them that is licenced in the same area ......And if a HC is taking bookings for any more than 1 car ( His own ) he also needs an op licence.
Oh no here we go again !
