Thats interesting Stuart, i remember reading something like that in PHM.
The people i speak to who know about these things say its great but it will not last. However they have been saying that for the last few years.
I thinlk if anyone is going to go down this route they had best be squeaky clean because the Inland Rev will be looking at these very very closely.
But if you are straight then go for it becuase it is not a mistake its legit. And if doing something legit saves you money. It cant be bad.
