just to demonstrate how government works (or how it does not) is demonstrated by the possible cancellation of the meeting on 30th june of the Radio Active waste forum.

this is due according to the transport website to the pending rail strike for that day.

perhaps someone is trying to tell her magesties government that this should (or will be) a public holiday, as England (or Wayne Rooney) are due to play in the european tournament semi final.

why dont we strike in sympathy of the train lads? then we can all watch the match and show solidarity.
