I have just read that Serco have won the northern rail franchise. this has come as a suprise to me who was expecting a win by First Group does anyone know this firm thier past? who the hell are they? |

Serco are part of the Amey Rail Group who have offices in Derby. I have never heard of them running trains before they are a maintenance division of Amey Rial. |
