I suppose you could mark it 'private and confidential' or for 'addressee only', but maybe the best way forward is to buy a share in the company (£1-£10 usually) and then you should have a right of a proper reply. |

Recorded delivery - marked Private and confidential. The other possibility is to send it registered post, this usually is only done on important or valuable items and is sure to catch the eye. Or, contact his/her secretary and tell the him/her a letter is in the post marked P&C and it is for his eyes only. |
