Is it legal/reasonable to charge the punter double the toll for using toll roads. The toll has to be paid both ways even if the punter isn't in the car for the return trip. |

If you've had a trip via the M6 toll, I would'nt be worrying about the £4 charge, I'd be thinking more about the £350 fare!

I think many councils allow something like 'all tolls may be added to the fare' onto the tariff card. And as most toll booths are outside of most manors, then you can charge what you want.
