Scientists in Scotland have concluded that Scottish men have the smallest penises in the world. Condom makers have been advised that they need to make mini condoms to help these poor afflicted men.
Scotland, The place where it always rains, which was handed back to the Scots, suffers from always being wet and gloomy. This it seems is due in part to the normal sized condoms falling off the little dicks.
Scottish men are claiming that the study is racist. However it seems that they are confused with the term racism. Racism is not an issue here - small penises are.

The data is still being collated and analysed by the Scottish Council of Medical Research (SCMR), but preliminary findings indicate that condoms available in the market are oversized.

However the news is not all bad. Rubber producers predict that the recent news will mean that rubber stocks, now condoms for Scottish men will be smaller, due to their teeny weeny penises, will last significantly longer than expected.
